Within 3 Days:
Due to the nature of the electronic materials and/or personal advice being supplied to the student, the Sleep Trifecta System is unable to refund the full amount, if the student changes their mind, or no longer has any use for it. However, consideration will be made for partial refund within 3 days, i.e. 60%.
If you are dissatisfied with a product or service that you purchased via Sleep Trifecta System, you may qualify for a refund if you meet the following criteria: All products and service refund requests must be received within 3 days of the original purchase date. Refunds on a product and/or service will only be issued once per product and/or service. All purchases will be refunded back to the original payment source, whether credit card, bank account, or PayPal account minus any additional transfer fees needed to make the request. Refund requests for Sleep Trifecta System’s self-guided coaching courses (STS) must be requested within 3 days of the original purchase. Refunds requested after this date will not be processed or considered.
To request a refund for any service, please email us at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed on a weekly basis, usually 7-10 days from the time we receive your request.
Exiting the program
In any of the above, any course content supplied to the student is subject to the confidentiality agreement signed by the student.
